Bedroom 1 has a queen bed and an en-suite | Bedroom 2 has a queen bed | Bedroom 3 has a queen bed and a bunk

Sleeps a maximum of 8 guests (6 adults).
3 nights minimum booking applies all year round
3 nights for long weekends
4 nights for Easter
7 nights for Christmas / New Year
Peak period:
24th December to 31st January & Easter
Rate: $285 per night
High period:
1st November to 23rd December & February, March & April
All long weekends
Rate: $250 per night
Low period:
1st May to 31st October.
Rate: $200 per night
There is also a cleaning fee of $85 as the property is professionally cleaned
Payment Terms

A refundable bond of $200 is required

Your booking will be secured only when a deposit of $200 has been received

The full amount of your rental cost (plus bond) must be paid 1 month prior to your arrival

If you cancel your booking, we cannot refund your payment. Instead it may be credited to you to use at another date suitable for both parties
Arrival / Departure times:
Arrival time is after 2.00pm and Departure time is before 10am
Things you will need to bring:
torch
food
coffee pods
personal toiletries
towels
bed linen (sheets, pillow cases)
Note: Bed linen and towels may be supplied at a cost of $20 per person
