Situated on a cliff 20 m above the water overlooking Gulf St Vincent this 1 acre property provides stunning 180 degree coastal views from Pine Point around to the point of Black Point. Three bedrooms, an ensuite and main bathroom with bath sleep maximum of 8 people (6 adults). Large areas of glass and decking maximise the views of this private place where no near neighbours will annoy you. The glass patio doors in the spacious dining / family room and two bedrooms open onto the wide decking, allowing you to sit and take in all the sights and sounds that a beautiful, peaceful seaside location provides, whilst you sip on your favourite beverage and relax. There is easy access to your own private beach via a cascading stairway where you can swim, fish, crab, kayak, snorkel or watch the dolphins.
Quilts and blankets are supplied with electric blankets on the 3 queen beds. BYO linen, pillows, towels and tea towels or optional linen purchase of $20 per person available. Well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, slow cooker, fridge / freezer, Nespresso Pod Coffee Machine (BYO compatible pods) Barbecue supplied on large outdoor covered deck. Ducted reverse cycle air conditioning, ceiling fans in family room and bedrooms. Television with sound bar and DVD player in family room. 2nd television in queen / bunk room. Washing machine provided. Crab cooker and rakes provided for guest use. Undercover parking for 3 cars. Pets negotiable.
